THE VENUE

A place that overflows with character, the barn boasts big windows, the original tin roof with great patina, awesome rock work, and rough cut cedar. The house located next to the wedding barn serves as a “bridal suite” – a perfect place for a bride and her girls to sip mimosas and get ready for the big day!

Conveniently located next to the barn, the bridal suite was originally the post office for the community of “Rowe” founded in 1890. The house is full of character with original shiplap, hardwood floors, and original doorknobs. The house has been updated with a new kitchen, lighting, and windows.

The natural light and charming details in both the barn and house is a photographer’s dream and will serve as amazing backdrop for wedding and event photos.

THE HISTORY

Rowe Point Ranch is located on the former site of Rowe, Texas, a historic ghost town. The original town was founded by Alfred Rowe and named in his honor. Rowe operated the ranch until meeting his death on the Titanic’s fateful voyage. With three original buildings still existing on the site, and more that have been added since, Rowe Point Ranch owners Trey and Shandy Pearson continue to transform the former townsite into a beautiful Texas Panhandle event venue.
